Stroy Service, Russia, selects La Mercanti office furniture

Stroy Service is a large construction company at Ekaterinbourg, Russia. The project manager, Elena Poturaeva, asked for our assistance for the purchase of a reception counter for the new headquarters of one of their customers.

The choice of the product was very precise at the beginning, the designers requiring defined esthetic and structural characteristics. We proposed then the reception LED by Della Valentina Office; this product having been welcomed very favorably straightaway, we decided to make some small adjustments to adapt it to the customer needs.

The result was magnificent and the customer was very satisfied with the solution.
One month after the installation, he contacted us to fix certain parts of the counter which had same flaws, thus, assuming our responsibilities, we sent back new bands for the customer, which was very satisfied with the supplied service.
